All sales are final.

A Elite Aesthetic operates on a made-to-order, print-on-demand basis. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer once an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

This policy applies to all orders, including but not limited to:
    •    Incorrect size selection
    •    Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
    •    Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers
    •    Minor variations in color, print placement, or fit due to manufacturing processes

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and order details prior to completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Clear photographic evidence is required for review. If approved, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Legal Rights

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Canada and the United States. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that may be legally required under provincial, state, or federal law.
